Aadil Hospital’s front desk provides information to all visitors and patients 24 hours a day regarding treatments, appointments of specialist doctors, services and charges for services for general and patient inquiries.

Feedback and Complaints

We value patient feedback and use it as a continuous quality improvement tool. Feedback forms are available at all patient facilitation desks and patient rooms. Complaint boxes are also affixed at various locations of the hospital to ensure that feedback process remains uninfluenced. These feedbacks are discussed in the monthly management review meetings and complainants are responded.

Drinking Water

Patients are provided with bottled mineral water and tap water in Aadil Hospital is also filtered and treated using the latest water purification technologies recommended by the department of health.

Drug Abuse

Drug abuse is viewed seriously in Lahore. Illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited. Patients faking symptoms of disease in order to get pain killers, sedatives are discouraged and denied treatment.

Medico-Legal Cases

The hospital has a policy of immediate incident reporting in case of a gunshot injury, accident, suicide case or any other case of Medico-legal nature. The hospital staff is directed to contact administration, police and relatives of the victim. It is the administration’s responsibility to advise the patient’s family of the legal procedure. Only first aid can be provided for medico-legal cases. And then referred to authorized public hospitals for medico-legal examination.

Electricity

Lahore electricity voltage is 220-240 volts AC, 50 cycles per second. On request, most hotels will provide transformers to visitors with electrical appliances of a different voltage, such as 110-120 volts, 60 cycles per second. When shopping for electrical appliances, do remember to check the voltage of the item against the acceptable voltage in your home country. The power plugs used in Lahore are of the three-pin, square-shaped type. Voltage Transformers shall be arranged upon request.

Fireworks

Any individual found keeping, possessing, having under his control, discharging or letting off dangerous fireworks (including firecrackers, rocket fireworks, sand crackers and such other fireworks) is liable to a fine  and or imprisonment for up to two years or both by law.

Mobile Phones

There are two mobile phone networks - GSM900 and GSM1800 - and eight mobile telephone service providers. Please bring your Mobile Phone along, the Hospital provides you with a Complementary  rechargeable SIM CARD which enables you to call back home as desired and recharge your mobile account as per usage. Safety

Increasingly, personal safety and security are becoming critical concerns of patients & visitors. Enhanced security measures at key installations to keep the environments safe. Aadil Hospital are located in the Central Province Punjab. Lahore remains very safe, green and Tourist friendly.  The Government explicitly states that extremism originating from religion or race has no place in Lahore and swift action will be taken against any extremist or terrorist groups or individuals. More over the Aadil Hospital has a security department equipped with CCTV Cameras and Security Team to ensure safety of patients and the premises. Patients and visitors however are advised not to leave their cell phones and/or belongings at public areas.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in public service vehicles, Hospitals, museums, libraries, lifts, theatres, cinemas, air-conditioned restaurants, hair salons, supermarkets, department stores and government offices. Offenders may be fined. While there are designated sections for smokers in most restaurants smoking is permitted in cafes, karaoke pots and in the open air.

What to Wear

Lahore has all four seasons Winter lasts for 3-4 months (November to February) Followed by Spring for 2 months i.e. March and April Summer is usually for 5 months i.e. May to September. And Autumn lasts for another two months i.e., September and October. Light and summer clothing made from natural fabrics like cotton is best for everyday wear. Casual dress is acceptable for most situations and occasions but some establishments may require a more formal dress code. It is always advisable to check beforehand on dress regulations, Women are suggested to wear half or full sleeves and ankles should be covered. However Women are active part of the workforce in this country and preferred for employment opportunities.
